دولة الرئيس نجيب ميقاتي خلال اللقاء مع وفد إتحاد المعماريين العالميين بعد ظهر اليوم في السرايا، وذلك في مناسبة عقد المؤتمر السنوي للاتحاد في لبنان، رحب الرئيس ميقاتي بالوفد معتبراً أن وجوده في بيروت له رمزية كبيرة، لأن بيروت شهدت على مر العصور منذ ما قبل الميلاد اهتزازات وزلازل وقد أعيد إعمارها بكل إصرار وتصميم وبأحدث المنشآت متمنياً أن تكون العلاقة بين لبنان وتحديداً التنظيم المدني فيه والاتحاد مبنية على تعاون مثمر من أجل تبادل الخبرات في الحقل المعماري في كل بلد من أجل الاستفادة منها.بدوره شكر رئيس اتحاد المعماريين العالمين البير توبليه الرئيس ميقاتي على اللقاء، وقال "إن معماريي لبنان يتمتعون بمكانة جيدة في لبنان وقد تكون المرة الوحيدة التي لا أضطر فيها للدفاع عن المعماريين نظراً لحسن المعاملة التي يلقونها"
